I was born in a place called the Golden Triangle–though I never saw the gold–and raised by a blue-collar worker and a housewife in a trailer park. Exiting stage left, I attended the University of Texas at Austin where I received a degree in French.
Despite my obvious qualifications for the fast food industry, I found work as a technical translator before chucking it all and getting into the advertising/marketing game. Nowadays, I’m the sickeningly proud mother of a preschooler, happily partnered, and living for the first time in a decade in my native Texas.
I am a member of the Writers’ League of Texas and the International Centre for Women Playwrights.
